What is an e-commerce ?and what are the main requirements to study it at university?

I have a dgree in Math and I want to resume my education to get master degree in e-commerce. In less than a year I am looking to start but I want to get ready before that and not sure about admission requitments.

1. E-Commerce means "ELECTRONIC COMMERCE". You do any kind of business thru internet, so you do not need to open a store or office. Can be done at home even on your spare time. Don't need to haver any degree. Just commun sense of business and be aware of fraud and thieves.
