Santa Rosa!! !!?

I am planning on moving to Santa Rosa and I just wanted to know what areas i should avoid-i.e. where are the 'ghettos' or 'bad neighborhoods' at? Please let me know what info. you have on the areas and also if you know of any Goood Places in santa rosa that'd be nice (i'm coming from florida so people who actually live in this area would be nice to get answers from)
